APPRO SUPERCOOL S is superior emulsifying cutting oil compounded by use of fine petroleum base and special emulsifiers. It is easily miscible in water giving a strong and stable emulsion in water up to 600 ppm. It carries biocides and inhibitors offering resistance against bio-degradation, rust and bacterial infection.
Recommendations:Even though working conditions differ from job to job, water to water & call for different mixing ratios. The general mixing ratio is 1:20 for heavy jobs, 1:30 for light jobs upto 400 To 600 Ppm of hard water.

Appro Glass Cutting Oils: is a premium dielectric fluid meeting the requirements for insulation and controlled dielectric discharge during electric discharge machining operations. It is formulated with a highly refined, narrow cut paraffinic base stock. The product is colorless and virtually odorless which provides a cleaner and more pleasant atmosphere in the workplace. The product exhibits a relatively high flash point that reduces the possibility of fire. The low viscosity of the fluid provides good circulation through the spark gap and more rapid removal and settling of metal fines. Has excellent oxidation stability, which reduces the formation of oxidation products that will alter the dielectric strength of the fluid. It also exhibits a high dielectric strength, which provides insulation of the tool and work piece and controls electric discharge during the machining operation. Appro edm oil is also extremely effective as a glass grinding fluid.
Recommendations:Appro Glass Cutting Oils is a machining method primarily used for hard metals or those that would be impossible to machine with traditional techniques. One critical limitation, however, is that edm only works with materials that are Electrically conductive. Edm or electrical discharge machining, is especially well-suited for cutting intricate contours or delicate cavities that would be difficult to produce with a grinder, an end mill or other cutting tools. Metals that can be machined with edm include hastalloy, hardened tool-steel, titanium, carbide, inconel and kovar.
